Both really. Orgasms aren't that great - it's a chemical rush but so're a lot of things. Kind of sad if you'd rather have an orgasm than whatever you might be doing all the time. Write a story or have an orgasm? Go to the movies with friends or....? It's just a drug. Like all drugs it's fine and fun in moderation.

Havind said that, I know when I had too much to drink and things I regret (such as having passed out and not remembering what happenend inroughly 8 hours or so).
