Both, I'd say. The police shouldn't use violence at all except when absolutely necessary in case of a violent suspect, but when it happens to the wrong people it's additionally outrageous.

Oh yes. He sold a 3 year old for sex, but he needs to be treated in the best way possible.

If you dont trust the police its because you are living your life in a way that makes you distrust them, you are in the wrong then.

or to put it another way...

If the police showed up at your door right now, would you be nervous? If the answer is yes, fix yourself.

I used to live in Albany Park. This guy still looks like a fat piece of trash. I agree with Nite, I wouldn't let that guy watch my kid.

Ohhh I get it! Parents are supposed to ask babysitters to take off their clothes so they can see if they have anything out of the ordinary.

Oh and, a lot of people would be nervous if police showed up at their doors. Their child could have been killed in a car crash, etc. Nervous doesn't mean guilty. Perhaps a dictionary is needed?

I extend this hearty plea to you as well: Never, ever have children.

Im going to blow your mind with logic right now. Ready?

1.

Take a preliminary look at the person when they show up at your front door!!! Most people that have tatoos as an indication of something not quite socially acceptable will have them visable so that other people can see them as they walk down the street. Now yes, not all will be visable, because you dont want a cop seeing them as he drives down the street and sees you, but generally you will see something that is a red flag.

I am blown away by the fact that so many of you are piss poor judges of character, espically when it comes to the safety and security of your future (or present) offspring.

Thats a different context. Im talking about your personal life right now, with the absence of children.

basically, just summing it up: the average person WOULD be able to tell this guy is bad news, and would probably have to be drunk to let that guy take care of, let alone see your kid.

Seriously. What guy likes children enough to watch those that are not his own?

He should be playing call of duty or something.

Believe it or not but I actually like kids and would love to get money for watching them. I just doubt anyone would ask me when there is an overflow of 15-year-old girls willing to take the job...

You don't get paid for playing COD, so playing with Legos wins.
