Dress up as a transvestite prostitute.

That was gonna be my costume but I have to hand out candy on Halloween (oh well, I'll get loaded while doing so) and something about me dressed up like that talking to children just isn't right. Was going to go for the Sgt. Yates look from a recent episode of South Park when he goes undercover as a prostitute, but takes the role a little too seriously, hilarious.
