Actually paying for a "remote" freezer makes more sense, you may not have a freerzer yourself or unable to house one at your place of residence. But if you got a phone I assume you got the memory space on it to store numbers, photo's, e-mails and what not...

And the data that is important to you, well you should have a copy laying around incase your phone fails you (lost, stolen, broken, accidently whiped clean, ...).

They usually are a bit cheaper though: Get a "free" phone with a 2 year contract (which you pay off during those two years but "free" makes for a better sales pitch), or if you go for pre-paid the phone is a bit cheaper then when you buy it simlock cleared/free/unlocked.

Well, then they'd have to put a storage device in the phone making it bigger and cost more. And yes T-Mobile sucks, I've heard of stories of getting no signal in there own home......
