They have a condition against this? It justs seems the cop wanted an excuse to ticket. I've been at intersections all the time with some guy near me with his volume up, bass maximized, and subwoofer on, and a cop on the other side who apparently didn't mind.

Hell, I don't mind either as long as they don't blast it next to a house.

You have to realize that the music is too loud when it annoys people inside another car when you are driving. Fix your sound insulation and keep your windows up if you insist on screwing up your ears.

I do that all the time. Feels awesome to be going 80-90mph with the windows down and my stereo maxed out at 62 (Strange max volume, I know. Damn Pioneer...)

Like I said, I generally don't blast my shit when I'm driving. The only time I max it out, is when I'm either at a competition, driving down the high way, doing a demo some place deserted. I mean, my system can easily reach the 160db area on a 38hz burp. But when I'm rolling down the road, you'll hear more mids and highs than you will bass. *hugs his RF bass control knobs*
