Heh, those things looked rather weird... but yeah if you look closely you can see it's a massive bundle of worms, you can see individual worms crawling about on the outside "layer".

The video discription is epic fail though:
"An unknown lifeform picked up by sewer snakecam in North Carolina. Believed to be of ET origin.".
