Well I don't think Libya's flag necessarily ugly... just uninspired and bland.

The flag of the South Yemen republic (1967-1990). The use of neon blue is cruddy.

St. Lucia flag. Again, off-putting neon blue.

This flag, while giving the illusion of being intricate, one can see that the objects depicted look like something out of paint.

The Bahamas... I seem to have a vendetta against this shade of blue.

Nah Libya wins, I don't think the rest are that bad, since all flags generally follow the same trend.

Nepal has an ugly flag, mostly because of the shape.

Cyprus has an arguably ugly flag, but their country sort of looks like a Narwhal, so that's pretty awesome.

Not a fan of the papal state flag.
Just believe should be kept simple so as to be easily scribed over something with as little means as possible.

...um who changed generic to "damn lazy" looses the meaning and was not what I posted. If you going to change a word, make sure it has the same meaning otherwise leave member posts alone...:rolleyes:
