Didn't know there were mod sites. Can you give me a for instance?

Google for deskmods or desktop mods. You'll find plenty.

I went to some theme sites, downloaded them and tried to apply them, but the skins were not taking. Is there something I should know? Besides, you know, what a computer is.

I Downloaded some Themes from the DeskMod website and I cannot get it working. Help Please. I cannot find a program that enables the DeskMod if there is one.

Gnaget, wincustomize.com looks like it's only for XP.
Is there anyone for Win98?

Try searching samuri. i did and found a few...Good Luck

I guess tripod is where exit deiced to get some space...

Win98 with plus will give you themes (change background, sounds, and icons) but that is it. XP is fully skinnable

I went back to my StyeXP. but got a newer version. I am running winxp.
wincustomize.com the program i got here sucked. :thumbsdown:
