Default What does this error mean?

I've been trying to go to a fansite that I used to go to but for the past few weeks I've been getting this error:

Site Temporarily Unavailable

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the webmaster/ tech support immediately to have them rectify this.
error id: "bad_httpd_conf"

What does the error id mean?

Are you the admin of the site? Do you use DreamHost? If you do, it's an error they have made up when switching with hosts, or IP addresses. It isn't the user's fault.
If you don't use DreamHost then the error means that the IP your domain is resolving onto their system points, which means your (Apache?) server isn't configured for your domain.

Try to see if you can contact your host about it. If not, I suggest checking if your domain and database/server is configured correctly.

I'm not the admin of that site. I just visited it every so often and then all of a sudden one day this error came up and comes up every time I try to visit that site. Nor do I use DreamHost (whatever the hell that is).
