Wanna compare bar-b-q pits?

Grilling and bar-b-q'ing is one of my hobbies. When the family comes over to visit, I usually fire up the grill and cook up some chicken, ribs, brisket, sausage or boudain.

Or he might be Danish. We've had parties like that, but they're usually during summer. And the tables are usually bigger, with alot more food on them.

Now, do you grill, or do you barbecue? I really want to learn how to do a proper barbecue, to get the meat infused with the smokey flavor of the wood, falling-off-the-bones tender.

omg I havn't eaten much the past few days and you put that in front of my eyes Have some mercy!

We had a small Weber grill when we had an RV and we'd cook all day on it just about everyday, but now that the RV is gone and we live in an apartment, the need for a grill has gone for the most part. It's too bad because bbq is the best.

My family likes to have a good barbecue a couple times a year, and i usually do the cooking. I like doing it, there is just something thats enjoyable about it. Nothing beats a good deer steak fresh off the grill.

Real BBQ pits are home made. My dad needs to make himself a new pit, it's so old that it has holes rusted through several parts of it.
