Here is an other update. As you may have guessed I have had very little time (or desire) to access the internet/forums.
In Cairns I went diving, a 5 day course which made my a certified open water diver. It was an extremely cool experience to be weightless under water and all. I also did a 1 day tour around the tablelands with a very cool tour (uncle somethings) were we went to several spots to sight see waterfalls and nature, went for a swim in some places and such. That and during a " boring" one hour road trip we did puzzles (objects that had to be put detached and put together again made from wood or steel). One of those was set of horseshoes connected to each other by a few chains on either end and a ring in the middle. Making it look like a set of handcuffs. Had much fun with those.

I'll show a picture a bit later.
In NZ I went to Wellington, met up with Masked Marsoe and visted museums and such. After that I went to the southern island and toured around with Magic. Did a -what was supposed to be- a 6 hour hike in Abel Tasman, took be more 9-10 because I joined up with this cool kiwi couple and a German chick. We stopped a lot, swom in the sea,m had a long lunch. And one sot as incredible nice. Cleopatra pools, which had a natural waterslide carved in the rocks. I was supposed to reach a bus at a certain time but luckily the kiwi couple ahd a car so I didn't had to rush this beautiful track.
In Gremouth I went to the brewery tour.
In Franz Josef I did an expensive but cool helihike. First time in a helicopter. The glacier was beautiful. Went in an ice cave. The light in there was breathtaking. Just awesome.
Only stayed a night in Queenstown, went bar hopping.
Didn't do much in Christchurch.
In Dunedin I went on a tour to sea the albatross, seals and yellow eyed pinguin.
In Lake Takepo I went to Mount Cook to do a nice track to the start of a glacier with huge chunks of ice floating in the lake it ended in.
In Kaikoura I went to swim with the dolphins. as fun though the sea was a bit rough and the trip was nearly cancelled. But given the bad weather (high waves) it was still nice. The whale trip I had planned was cancelled, move to the following day, cancelled again and today it finally went trough. Saw two sperm whales and as a bonus, a pack of orka's. Awesome!
I'm back in Christchurch now.
Flying to Melbourne tomorrow.
That's it foe now. I'll try to upload a selection of photos ASAP.
I definately will return to NZ btw.
