How terrible. You know, Mississippi was the one that got the full force of Katrina and they didn't sit on their asses waiting for somebody else to do something and cry about it. They got up and started rebuilding.

Now I agree Bush is pretty retarded, I disagree on some of his actions but I'd say Carter is about the same. (Although I'd say his making fuel all fair for everyone resulting in gas lines [of which we have yet to see] and making a joke of foreign policy at the time is pretty bad)

Nice move but that wouldn't mean I would like to see him resurrected to run the USA once more (or somebody with the same views and attitude and all).

You could have a generally calm natured president of any view who now and then under circumstances dares to give out a punch so to speak. Will we ever see that? I don't know...
