If I wee to post a thread with some of the above words in the thread title and post and nothing else I would probably appear to be a troublemaker. Which makes sense, if I walk into a random room, would do nicely and say " Sieg Heil, Nˇgger, cunt, faggots!" I would probably be asked to leave... It doesn't show much of a sign that you are to be taken seriously. There isn't any reason to use such words individually. Though then again, walking into a room and saying " Bricks, pancakes, cows, superman!" doesn't make much sense at all either. It doesn't sound like you are trying to provoke people though.
But using them in sentences (context) mostly seems to be fine, aslong as the sentences aren't meant to be hostile.
Using them in hostile sentences will get you into trouble, but so will any other word...
It's all about context.
