yeah...this sucks - he was on tour too I believe. I always loved his jabs at both political mind-sets. Especially his recent stuff on the enviro-nuts.

One of my fave classic Carlin bits is his "How much is that dog crap in the window?" You'd be surprised though how many Carlin fans there are that have never heard of it.

It sucked hearing about it. I was in Costa Rica, turned on CNN, and just saw the ticker "George Carlin, who died Sunday in his Los Angeles Home". So, that was fun. He was one funny guy, I wish I got the chance to see a show of his live.

I have all of his standup bits, he was one of the greatest comedians, hands down. And he was special because he could convey thoughts w/o excessive swears and that was hilarious, his crazy thoughts or take on daily life. He lived a good life though, did what he wanted and was honest w/ himself and that is very important, to be honest to one's self. If I was religious i'd light a candle.
