three 2.5 gallon containers of water 2 boxes "natural" trail mix cookies [low fat and all that jazz] 2 bags "natural" ginger snap cookies [" "] 1 sliced loaf 22g carbs per slice whole wheat bread Been a while that i've not gone into a grocery store and not come out with some kind of protein. Got set up real nice over the weekend, have [had] 2 large tubs of pork chop and chicken breast meat [now I'm only 1/2 tub of pork chops left out of it all]. Made up 8 cups brown rice, that's about 1/4 left... Eating big on every meal, it surely does add up, God be praised!

Pork spare ribs at a bar. Honestly, the best value-for-money meal I have ever had. It was honestly a full-sized metal bucket filled three-quarters with spare ribs in this really nice sweet and tangy sauce, with basically buffet-bread. And it only cost $12. I sort of wonder how they manage to stay afloat...

Probably cheap nasty meat. Grease is cheap.

Fuck no. Indulge in over portioning if you must, but don't eat greasy or fat shit. I over indulge with like a powerbar.. I don't crave sweets anymore. I eat so much, 6-9 times a day [depends on when I wake up, early results in more meals, vice versa], with 145-200 grams of brown rice and an equal amount of meats that I don't crave much. You pack it in so much, after a while, it's not a big deal.

Yeah I know but it's the idea that I can't stand. Either be consistent or don't. If you're consistent with your diet [time varies], over time you won't crave anything bad for you. For me, it takes 3 weeks for me not to crave. When I do food cheat it's nothing crazy. I know guys binge on a whole pizza, but I'm not that way. Over time I've learned when and how I gain fat, exactly how and when it happens, though I will agree that every now and then [like 1 meal out of 4 weeks on a diet] eating less than perfect, or even horrible for you, can sometimes be beneficial. Homeostasis is something the body adapts to very quickly, especially if you're off the diet for just 1 meal and then back to it again, that one bad meal your body won't rebel against it in the form of gaining excess bodyfat. Often though, when I do eat something besides whatever is on my diet [turkey, chicken, pork chops, brown rice, whole wheat bread, water, various supplements], I shit it out immediately, it is like exactly 15 or 20 minutes later, like clockwork. Sorry for going OT.
