My name is Riku, which is a Finnish form of Richard (means "brave power", derived from the Germanic elements ric "power, rule" and hard "brave, hardy")

or Greek Gregory (watchful, alert) as a book of Finnish first name etymologies suggested it might be either Richard or Gregory. Riku is still quite different so I don't think it matters that much. I like my name.

My name is a variant of Seth/Set. Which has an Egyptian and a Biblical meaning.

Egyptian: from Σεθως (Sethos), the Greek form of Egyptian Sutekh or Set, which possibly meant "pillar" or "dazzle". Seth was the evil Egyptian god of chaos and the desert, the slayer of Osiris. Orisis' son Horus eventually defeats Set and has him banished to the desert.

Biblical: means "placed" or "appointed" in Hebrew. In the Old Testament he was the third son of Adam and Eve, and forefather of the entire human race.
