I would say JK3, General Yib-Yab (Off Topic), Spamming Forum, and Forgotton Hope.
At any given time JK3 has over 25 guests viewing, there have been over 79 guests viewing JK3. General Yib-Yab (Off Topic) thanks to The Geek, Odessa, and I.
Spamming Forum because of all the Spammers. The forgotten Hope place because you said so.

Forgotten Hope is probably the most active overall.
Dawn of War and Jedi Knight series also.

Spam and GD are far below those the way it looks most of the time, even though the most well known members post there.

Any Star Wars Forum would be under Star Wars Forums, JK3 would be under that one. Same with Star Trek, any Star Trek Forum would be under Star Trek Forums.
