I agree with Rookie, I would rather get an experts opinion than a forum. I mean, this condition your in could be fatal. I don't know but from the sounds of it... It's bad.
I remember I had a dream where I was kicked in the nuts, then woke up and my nuts were soar for 2 days... xD
This is REALLY weird though. I've had some dreams live you've had where I felt like I woke up and couldn't speak.. in some horror situation, then just snapped out of it. Happened for a few months but they stopped.
Perhaps it would be better to get an experts opinion.
This condition is by no means fatal. You can die from sleep deprivation, but not from "night terrors", or "sleep paralysis". A lot of people experience the same thing, but not to this extent.
The best thing you can do, is educate yourself, by reading up on sleep paralysis. Do not draw any conclusions, without a second opinion from an expert. Getting more info, will allow you to ask better questions when you talk to an expert. That way you will know the best way to deal with the problem.
You may be able to minimize the episodes by following good sleep hygiene:
getting enough sleep
reduce stress
exercise regularly (but not too close to bedtime)
keep a regular sleep schedule
Tell me, my friend, have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?

Reading this, it sounds alot like what I have the skhaking must be just another fact, bot the paralysis sounds right on. I will look into it and if I can not get away from the problem I will seek out a professional.
Well if it is paranormal I am getting weak enough for a possesion. I give you that.
Seriously? Well, do you know any Christians, anyone who can pray for you, or get you in touch with someone who can?
Whether you think I'm mad or not, if these... 'experiences' are as bad as you say, you shouldn't be hesitating to pursue any form of help that you can.
I think, that it is not very likely that you would produce such lucid dreams by yourself. There is every possibility that this is something Supernatural, and I would not just let it slide, hoping that it might just go away.
Talking to your parents is also a very good idea. Whether it be a nerve problem, a psychological problem, a spiritual problem, or just a bad dream, you should not let yourself suffer in silence. Talking to your parents about anything serious is excruciating, but there are times when you simply must, and I think this is one of them.
