Generally speaking, I love books. I can like many kinds of books, though mostly I read history. However, lately I just haven't had time to sit down and read besides what I have to for school.

I do not read a lot but.. Read all the Dan Brown's books thought and they are insanely good IMO.

I also really like Bernard Werber and especially Les Fourmis trilogy which is an awesome trilogy again in my opinion.

Good reading!

Yes. I simply love to read. Whenever I get that spare moment when I'm not working or doing something on the PC - I like to pick up a book, and read. I can usually read for a few hours solid if I'm motivated enough to do so, but it's usually whenever I'm bored, or just before bed at five in the morning haha.

Some of my favourite books are from the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett - as they are simply amazing. Recently, I bought a new book for the first time in a very long while; Crime and Punishment was recommended to me by a close friend, so I figured I'd go and buy it - turned out to be one of the best books I've read' in my life.

Yes.

For much of my life I never really cared for books, they were something that had to be "dealt" with during the course of school.

It has only been in the last couple of years that I've picked up reading as a hobby.
It's gotten to the stage where I find myself reading a book more often than watching TV and even my gaming is starting to take a hit.

I read history mostly, particularly the Second World War and the Medieval period.

Books ftw! :)

I'm reading Cujo right now, for English. On the side I'm rereading the Doom that Came to Sarnath.

Oh yes, I love to read. Interestingly enough, did we all know that Robert Jordan died not long ago?

I used to read a lot, but I rarely find the time for it now. War and Peace is a wonderful book although a bit on the thick side, excellent choice. The 1xxx pages are fast to read, as far as I remember quite a bit faster than e.g. the much thinner The Brothers Karamazov due to how well written and interesting it is. The latter btw took me almost a month to read some five years ago, although it too is a very good book I can hardly recommend it unless you feel very motivated to read all of it.

The one thing that buggered me about War and Peace was the fact that so much of it was in French, a language I hardly understand anything of, and the translations at the end of the fragile book (the only first part I found at the library was 80 years old, with pages falling out), so reading the first book was very impractical. Fortunately the two other books were 40 years newer, only a bit mouldy and with little French.

I read lots of books. Everyone else I see my age hate books and want nothing to do with them, but not me. I love books.

Though the only books I read that you guys would know about is Eragon...
