Europe, Belgium.
It's small, crowded, but I love the place. Though a few more hills and meadows would be nice.

Pardon my Grade 9 french. I've never been to Quebec, but from what I've seen in pics/tv it looks really nice. Never really liked the language though.

Belgium is bilingual as well, I'm quite bad at French. It's always an adventure to write a sentence without any mistakes in it. =p

French is a beautiful language... so is Quebec.
