We traveled to denmark with our sailboat once, i'll never set foot in scandinavia again!
j/k.
It was beautiful, although i think norway or finland would be more beautiful, but the weather was dreadful, and the german coastguard kept on bullying us...So, not the best holidays i've had.
The German... coast guard?
This calls for a Youtube!
Im starting to learn japanese, but only because I plan on living there for a year or 2 when I'm Older, But here in Canada french is probably the second most common language next to english. Depends how your gonna use it guess.
Also, German's damn easy to learn if you know any Old English.
A lot of people consider German to be rather difficult. Lots of confusing rules and even more exceptions.
What's important is that you have a proper motivation to learn, then even a difficult language will be easy to learn. For example, it helps a lot if you like the sound of the language. Listen to songs, watch movies and read literature in the language you are interested in.

You're telling me, I speak dutch and I'm still having major difficulties with it :/
Still, I'm gonna study it next year in college. I feel like I'm signing my own dead warrant.
Heh, for a while we were sailing along the border...
I remember my dad joking to the very serious controller that he couldn't enter the cabin yet because the €500 were still drying after the printing...
Silly german, he didn't really find it amusing... It was Priceless...
Hey, you live in Malmö or what?
