schools back in.any 1 lookin forward to it?any1 lookin for it to end already?any1 so stupid they had to go to summer school for 12 weeks?

Maybe for you, I still got until Sept. 4th or something.

My college doesn't start up again untill September 6th. I get back on campus August 29th... and hell yes I am looking forward to it. (I'll put up with a little work to be around all my friends and girlfriend again...)

My college starts in like two weeks, but since im doing track and Cross I leave on Monday. Running Camp will be a bitch. But im looking forward to college =p

lol, no one needs summer school, it's a sin to go there why do you think they gives us holidays, I have about 4 weeks left till I go back and I'm enjoying every moment of it because when I go back theres just gna work, work and more work...

1st day back biotches!! it wasnt bad actually, im a senior this year, and i only have 2 classes a day at high school, then i go to tech school the rest of the day

12 weeks!!! thats crazy! its only 4 weeks here, and you dont even do anything!

i go back in 5 days.and we got 12 weeks of summer school

here in finland u dont have any summer schools but there have been discussions in the teaching ministery that should this be changed. btw may i ask why?

why?cause i dont know who any1 here is.they might be pedophiles or murderers lookin for their next victim.

It's good that you're careful about this sort of thing, but knowing what state/city you are in wouldn't get anyone any closer to tracking you down. Still, it's your choice to reveal your location or not.

I have a month left.

Well i've just done GCSEs, which are the final school exams in UK you take when you are 16 (or 15 if you have a late birthday). I've decided to stay in education, the school i went to has a college attatched, so its combined site. College is for 2 years, where you take A-Levels. I'm taking Maths, Further Maths, Physics and French.
Presonally i can't wait to get back to school/college becuase loads of my friends live furhter away so i dont see them ion holidays, but spend loads of time with them at school. Also my girl gets back from a month in Canada, so it'll be great seeing her again! And also looking forward to getting back to different clubs and things like band, choir(don't diss) and badminton too. And seeing all mates there.

College starts September 1st. Glad it ends in May, it was a tad bit annoying getting out practically in July in high school.

I would have done summer school if I hadn't graduated already. There were so many classes I still wanted to take, but didn't have the time. :(

24st of September! :p I'll be travelling to Eastern Europe when others are learning and working. But on the other hand, uni is simply fun, so it's all good.

School finished for me a few months back, it's so wonderful not to have to think of going back to that place.

Just give up now.

I never thought I'd say this, but..

I honestly can't wait to get back to a school/college of some sort. I've been out since early february, and I can guarantee it's not as fun as it sounds.

Besides, college actually is fun. I'll be starting the final two weeks of august, with an introduction camp (both the college itself and a student society). After that, on the 3rd or 4th of sept, college is actually starting again.

I'd get bored getting out that early unless I had Mass Effect. :)

BTW Undertaker, I don't think anyone in this forum cares about you to the point where giving them you general state/city/country and stalk you, finding you in the phonebook, the stabbing you in the neck.

Murderers have motives, mass murderers won't travel across oceans to kill people. I think the worse that could happen telling us your state is that we know what time it is where you live. Thats not bad at all is it?

People give out more information about themselves than they think on the internet. Say you give out a state, heck you do that pretty much whenever you go on the internet whether you like it or not, that narrows it down a lot, then one day you say it was raining, someone looks up all the places in that state where it rained that day, that narrows it down more. Then you might let slip you live backed onto an estate, or that you live within five miles of a school, something like that, that narrows it down even more. Over time if you're prepared to follow someone around and correlate all the things they mention you can generally build up a very accurate profile of their likely location.

Am I the only one who finds it odd that you have experience in that? :b

Anyway.... people don't have to really say much. I find there isn't much of a reason to say what school you go to, or how far you live from it, but a state, even just the country or continent is all we wanted to know, we just wanted to know his general area, so we can know why he's going back to school in the beginning of August.

I still have about 2 weeks. I go back August 22.

I'm going back about 2 Weeks from now, I haven't even finished my Book or written my 10 Page Essay!

That sucks you're already back in school dude (and i clicked on the url, it was actually quite amusing), i go back sometime at the end of this month. But i got band crap to do for like a week starting next thurs.,so i kinda say that school starts in a week for me. Is it me, or did summer vacation get shorter and school got longer?

Well, think of it this way to make it not seem so bad. Since you're going back earlier than us, you're getting out earlier than us. So while your's starts, we'll still be in.
