Lightbulb Easy cooking, food thread! :)

Hey
When I usually come home late, or Im being lazy when home all day... I'm as everyone else (except anorexia kidiez) is in need of foooooood...
Since I don't have much time or just don't want to put so much time into cooking (as most of you I think) or simply just don't have any idea of what I should cook...
This thread was mostly a spontaneus idea (made when now when Im very hungry and have no idea what too eat), but I thought we could share some good recipies, ideas, etc for food that you can make... All these books just show 700 ways 2 make a Lobster...

Ideas about what kind
  • food that is made tremdously fast
  • good food that is made from simple ingredients
  • somewhat weird foodiez
  • advanced but nice foodiez
  • hung over foodiez
  • etc
  • etc
Or just improvise and say what you like!

I dont want any ideas about Burger king, McDonalds or alike, skip the fast foodiez!

A nice dessert: Ingredients (1 person):
-1 banana
-a bottle of rhum
-chocolate
First, you put the banana into a a little bowl, you mash it up with a fork, you pour rhum over it, and you throw some shattered pieces of chocolate over it. Then put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Et voila, a nice delicious alcoholic dessert.

There is the "stylie" grilled cheese. I actually like great well prepared meals, my gf can make a mean Taboule and Babaganoush. But I'll explain the stylie GC...

2 pieces of toast (no butter, yet) insert cheese after they are done, microwave 30 seconds, done

'Gourmet' KD

Make regular KD, but mix in pine nuts and some artichoke hearts.

(I don't remember the exact portions, you just have to mix it to taste. I haven't made KD myself since university.)

Powerup smoothie

3 Eggs
1 Banana
One hand of any "fleshy" frozen fruit (like strawberry)
Add 500-750ml milk, mix it all in a blender.

Easy way of getting some fast energy, good for your body (no sugar)

Then you got energy to cook some real food...

-Garlic mashed potatoes with grilled onions

-Peas and carrots with sauce hollondaise.

How to do pelmens:
  • get a pack of pelmens
  • Take a pot and fill it with water
  • Put the pot on the stove and wait until it starts to boil(dont forget to flavour the water so that your food would be tasty)
  • Put the pelmens in and wait 10 minutes or a bit more
