Re: Firearms Discussion Thread... For all you Gun Lovers. Depending on where you live, as long as you're over the age of 21 you can own a long gun. Pistols are a little different, you have to watch a movie and get a little permit saying you pass a safety test or something. What kind of pistol or rifle do you want? Check www.auctionarms.com and www.gunbroker.com |
Re: Firearms Discussion Thread... For all you Gun Lovers. I want to buy either a Swedish Mauser, a Mosin Nagant (Finnish or Russian, doesn't matter), an M14, or an M1 Carbine. |

Re: Firearms Discussion Thread... For all you Gun Lovers. I just have my good o'll 1950's 16 gauge shotgun. My dad has a 12 gauge though. I sometimes shoot my uncles AK47 that he got in Korea. :banana2: |
Re: Firearms Discussion Thread... For all you Gun Lovers. I have a nie reliable Daisy pellet gun(and it packs quite a punch, but is still non-lethal to a human of course) and a less reliable, but still awesome .45 M1911 from Tangfolio. The only problem with the 1911 is that the BBs shoot a bit high of the gun because of the the hop-up system so at clsoe range I acually have to aim BELOW the target to hit it. I want to buy as many WWII era firearms as possible. I suppose I would start with a Mosin-Nagant as I've seen them go for as little as 60$, or 90$ with a bayonet, sling, and ammo pouches. I would buy one now but my parents won't let me have a gun unless the barrel get's pluged. I told them they could simply not buy me any ammo if they were worried about my shooting it, but they didn't go for that either. |
