Most airsofters wouldnt put up with the weight real gear actually weighs, thats why you see so many tricked out M4-gerys with rail equipment that doesnt fit the scenario.

Indeed. I would not put much on an M4 for Airsoft, perhaps a flashlight in a dark area(though why do that when you can pull a pistol and a maglite?), a pistol grip to assist is CQB, maybe a reddot sight or laser sight, nothing too fancy. No need for anything really shiny.

RedWolf is a retailer not a manufacturer so you may have a lower quality gun than some of the other ones. Mine is only about a hundred grams lighter than the real Desert Eagle so its pretty close.

I got an Automatic Kitty Kat, Semi and Auto modes, battery powered, 60 rounds. It works pretty good.

I don't like the inaccuracy of the ironsights...:)

hehe that "Aimpoint" wana-B is crap. it is a red dot that is it....

and when i was in the army iron sights were the only tride and true thng. u cant have a aimpoint or laser/red dot sight with out zeroing your weapon to begin with by straping on a sight is crazy if u dont have it zeroed.

For an Airsoft weapon, why do through all that trouble, when you can just spray and pray?

Yeah, even if one went in at 17, basic takes 2 months, and then you have specific training. Plus, isn't the signup minimum 4 years?

Because, you'll barely hit them. People who aim normally, on a regular basis, get results. Spray and praying is useful only when you try to scare people. I scare people good, by holding down on automatic when my clip is empty, people think they are getting shot at so a buddy can go reload (it's fun but soon enough they'll figure it out).
