September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute In Memorium of September 11th 2001 We see the flag waving in the air, we dread that September day and think of that great scare. We see the planes hit everyone starts to cry, who’s doing this terrible thing and why? Remembering where it once stood, well now it's Ground Zero, wondering about the people who went down as a hero. As we are praying here hand-in-hand, there’s one thing to be said, “UNITED WE STAND!” In Memorium Of all the people who gave and lost there lives on that September Day. Our hearts and souls are with relatives and friends of the victims of this tradegy. "UNITED WE STAND AGAINST GLOBAL TERRORISM." Please feel free to leave any messages/thoughts to help remember thos who gave there lives in this historical tragedy. |
Re: September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute May the souls of those lost rest in peace. Except for the 19 fuckers who did this. |

Re: September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute I really wish the full truth about what happened came out..I wish the truth about everything that has happened over these 5 years would come out. Alot of people dying for no reason. |

Re: September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute Rest in peace and my respect to all those affected by what happend on that day. If anybody watched Nederland 3 today, it was very intresting. They broadcasted Fahrenheit 9/11, a documentary showing that a lot of the conspiracies don't hold water (except for that small flat that collapsed next to the twin towers...) and then Loose change 2nd edition (lol, that one is funny. Especially after seeing pretty much everything from it proven to be untrue, gossip etc. in the documentary just before). The documentairy aired by Zembla on 10 September from 22:35 - 23:20 (mostly Dutch though) can be seen by going to http://www.uitzendinggemist.nl/index...11a372b7ff6f23 then picking the orange button marked "bekijk uitzending" (view broadcast). You then probably will have to chose a mediaplayer type and your connection type in the panel in the right. Then pick "sla op" (save). |
Re: September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute Let's keep this respectful, not an arguement. There are other threads to debate about 9/11, this one is a tribute of respect to those who died. It's still just the 10th here, but we'll have a moment of silence out of respect to the deceased of that day tomorrow. Those who lost friends and/or family have my condolances. |
Ok interesting as this is again we would like to re iterate the meaning behind this thread. There are other threads for debating the true political etc side of the event. This thread is meant as a tribute to the people who lost there lives on this tragic day and its a way to pay respects after five years. Lets keep it that way please. Just an FYI Addition to this thread At precisely 0846EST (1246 GMT) a minute's silence will be observed, recalling the exact moment when the first tower was hit. Also At Ground Zero relatives of the 2,973 people who died will read out their names, pausing only to recall the time when the second tower was hit and when both structures collapsed. |
Re: September 11th Fifth Anniversary Tribute Elmo, thank you for showing the World Trade Center as it was in it's former glory as opposed to one of the more common pictures of it blown to pieces. But one thing I wonder about is why people always think of WTC when they think 9/11, when the Pentagon was hit and Pennslyvaina had a plane crash near a school? Also, it is odd how people remember 9/11 as a bunch of bulidings getting blown up and not for the human side of things, it is the same thing with how Peral Harbor's symbol is the sunk USS Arizona. |
