Yeah, the only times I've felt pain by holding stuff in is when I've been ill, you know the all shaky and shivery as you're in bed kind of ill.

I say if you gota fart let it rip. Then when some one says did you fart? Just say no must have been you, you smelt it you delt it.

my family thinks it's disgusting too, it always seems to me thaqt when the far tis loud, it doesnt smell, but when it's silent, it smells like shit, hence the term silent but deadly.
