I actually visited the site, like, 10 minutes after that episode aired. The African Elephant's page was already vandalized. The next day, both the article on the elephants and the one on his show had been locked.

I can't wait to see what he says about this on his show.

Wikipedia is pretty much always at least 90% correct, there are more people who want wikipedia to be correct than the fags who change it, and the problems are sorted out within a day at the most.

So in short, he got owned. His pathetic attempt to be cool by destroying a source of information, was totally stopped within a day.
