You know those falling dreams, when you fall out of an airplane or something and then wake up right before you hit the ground?
Well, I'd have a dream that I was in an elevator. I think it was an elevator to get to the top of a ski mountain, or something, so it was pretty tall. Anyway, we'd get to the top and the cable would snap, so we'd start falling. "Alright," I think to myself, "this is just another falling dream. I guess I'll just wake up now." See, lots of times when I'm having a dream like that, I can just wake up. But, this time I couldn't. Continuing to fall, I kept thinking to myself, "alright, wake up. Wake up. WAKE UP." I'd finally wake up after we hit the ground, sweating pretty badly. Not fun. |
Falling dreams tend to be that you're running out of time. Waking up after you hit the ground is that you
have run out of time. Altough it could also to do with heights, or skiing :uhm:

What's worrying is that one of my good friends had a dream about the college burning down. This is either a good or a bad thing depending on whether I'm in it. :uhm: |
If you remember the dream, then it doesn't come into reality. Only if you forget your dream and it comes true is it a Deja Vu. So you're ok, your college won't burn down. (I think :uhm:)

This happened when I was about 11-ish. |
Look busy! Jesus is coming!
:p
But seriously, that could be that you believe that Jesus is coming back, or that you want s saviour in your life, or more likely, you just saw somehting very religious to do with Jesus and wish he were real.

Your life is boring, go and do something with it :p

I had that dream a few times.
The other one was when I was staying at my grandmas house for a week or two during the summer and I had dreamed that it was WW2 all over again but this time the Germans had inavded the US and they had taken my grandpa and then I found him tied to a chair duck taped. A very weird dream that somehow scared me to death because I had it a few times.. |
In the first one, did the other people make it? If so, then you felt like life was passing you by, or that you were feeling left out.
You love your Granpa, and get worried about him because of war (him being in the Navy). Back then, you couldn't understand war fully and wouldn't know if one was on or not

Later I would to the basement and open the door, and my dad would be lying on the floor at the bottom of the basement, his neck in a wierd ragdoll position. I would see that for about 2 seconds, than I would feel a hand on my back push me, I would fly to the bottom and go right up to my dads face (before I hit him from falling) and wake up.
I would literally wake up crying like 6 days a week. I don't think I ever told my parents. If I did, I don't remember telling. It went away after about a month. |
You hated your dad, and probably still do (who doesn't?). But deep down you loved him really, but didn't want to accept it. The hand pushing you could have been your mum, trying to help you, or (in your opinion) force you to get along with him.
Telling people
can make it worse. But
sometimes it helps ;)

Watch/read a lot of Godzilla as a child? If not, you're probably scared of monsters.

Have you ever been on a trip to Venice and get lost in the poor side of town? If so, it's fairly obvious, the Elephant can represent that you forgot your way around (Elephants rember a lot apparently, and blue ones are often seen as an exception, though there is no such thing)
Nothing wrong with that, you were scared, my mate watch the 3rd one when he was 12, and he had nightmares for weeks, he even had a daymare :uhm:

You aren't old, you're 18, you have the rest of you life, hopefully a good 80 years.
Growing up in Australia, you were probably raised by Wallabies, found by a Scientst, had your memory wiped and dumped in an orphange. :p
Phew. That was a big post.
