anyone got any ideas: well to make one work i would create a mini black hole and make it have magnetic force and dont ask me why i just carnt be bovered explanin so as i woz sayin and then make a communication relay to make to travel to different worlds.

and personally i do think the stargate exsists

Well, if its the process of chanelling the co-ordinates of a wormhole to a specific location, and forcing an aperture to open at a specific time and co-ordinate, then it may be possible.

I have no idea really, alot more research needs to be done into wormhole and black hole theory.

First) I wouldn't build one, because you dont know what crap you gonna pull to this world.
Second) give me a starship over some gate anyday.

I'll take the second option.

I would love to have a starship - it would just kick so much ass.

Of course, it would have to be the right design.

Exactly, we can't tell if such a thing would be possible. If the theories supporting it have got it about right, sure. But it might just prove to be a nothing more then a hole that would be distructive to anything entering it.

Wormholes are impossible because they would be far too unstable to be sustained longer than a few micro seconds.

Plus the fact a "stargate" uses vast amounts of energy and is made up of elements not found on our planet.

So basically it's impossible.

I have one in my backgarden, got bored of it though, have put it in loot magazine, check it out if you're interested.

Never watched the programme though so not really sure what it does except take white people to other worlds where there are lots of monkeys associated with being black men.
