I voted hellrasing hounds. Because I am a small guy who needs a big mean dog to improve on my self esteem and look tough.
I don't really know anything about pitbulls or how to train them but I love the idea of something that helps make me look tough.
When my pitbull attacks someone I will just claim ignorance and watch them put my dog to sleep while I get sued.

Actually, Dobermans can be the most loving, family oriented dogs in the world. My grandparents have owned three red dobermans, from the time I was a tiny kid. They were always loving, and amazingly patient and kind around children.
Exactly! Most actually love to have their ears rubbed and be held, despite their size. They really love attention and are more family dogs than concentrating their loyalty on one person.

Still, cute puppies all the way! Dobermans, boxers, golden retrievers, etc. All amazingly caring dogs that are great to play with but still excellent family dogs.

Rat Terrier doesn't sound like a 'cute' type of dog if you've never seen one of 'em, but terrier tend to look nice. Better as adults, imo, but puppies are cute too.

perhaps a (german) shepherd, or a golden retriever. when i get kids, it'll be a labarador or golden for sure. i had two growing up, best dogs ever. they'd rather rip their own throat than bite a kid.

wow thats what i have. My famalies dog is small about 14 pouhds, nice loveable dogs i reccomended for people in apartments. A lot of dog for a small package.

I, myself, have two German Shepards, and don't get me wrong; they're not bad dogs, but you have to learn to respect them so they'll respect you back... ;)

i picked helraiser hounds BECAUSE almost every dog is cute as a puppy, but i want to get a pit bull, rottriler, or a great dane some day 'cause they make great gaurd dogs :lol:

MY parents had 3 german shepherds.

One was Canadian champion in attack, detection and guard.

If only I was born when they had it... Anyway, he bit someone so he got banned from my hometown. The RCMP bought it.

German shepherd will do well as well. If it is well trained though, else its just going to be a big puppy.

Cute puppies ofcourse. Though it depends on what you call cute. Personal I think Huskies totally own and are cool and cute. However some may see them as wolves and regard them as Hellraising dogs. It's all a matter of opinion.

Cat's pwn dogs though. ;)

In this case it's not really a matter of opinion. Huskies are not guard-dogs, they probably will welcome a thief and play with him and eventually show him the best escape-route.

The only "hellraising" thing about them is the amount of chaos they can produce in a flat if left alone for too long :)

I concur Jan. Though I wouldn't be too suprised if people would judge by looks (how they look). If I would ever get a dog it would be a huskie though for me. :)

Same here. Actually, I spend several hours yesterday reading websites about Huskies because I think about getting a dog in the near future. At least if I find a flat where the landlord doesn't mind pets and which has something like a yard.

I had a huskie , his name was Murry. He passed away only about 6 months ago, he was the best dog ever :( . Im sad now. Looking at those cute little puppies only makes me happier

Oh, cute lil cuddly puppies!

Doberman pups are the cutest little guys ever. Soft, enegetic, and really sweet. (Just don't let your grandfather feed the puppy ham salad- take it from me, that doesn't turn out well). My aunt has a 1 year old doby named Bailey, and he is the best dog ever.
