to show an image use image tabs by typing [img]ImageUrlGoesHere[/img] Or click the little picture button in the editor and it will bring up a friendly pop up box which you just need to enter the url in.

If you click this image in the edit signature panel then post the URL. However you should resize that image or use a different one as it is 500px by 500px and not within the 800px by 160px.
