Add [img] and [/img] at the beginning and end of the link you have for this:

Of course, you'll then bring it within the guidelines. . .

to show an image use image tabs by typing [img]ImageUrlGoesHere[/img] Or click the little picture button in the editor and it will bring up a friendly pop up box which you just need to enter the url in.

If you click this image http://gamingforums.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif in the edit signature panel then post the URL. However you should resize that image or use a different one as it is 500px by 500px and not within the 800px by 160px.
