I think its worth pointing out that just because it directs to the FBI website, the FBI dont nessasarly own the domain. The Whois lookup does not mach the FBI registrar or Domain Name Server's as fbi.gov, so basicly this is probably a really bad joke by an ex-employee or Micheal Moore.
