Starting at Ten dollars an hour is not crap, thats in addition to the pay they already recieve from the schools, as most of them are teachers or assistants.

I don't know much about busdriver wages but they don't need extra money because they make sure the passengers arrive at their destination safely. Only if they are underpayed compared to other jobs and the difficulty of their job they should be payed more, and aslong as i dont see any strikes because how unfair they are treated/payed it doesnt seem like they need it.

It is sad how some people classify bus driving as something for people who don't know how to do anything else. My busdriver is incredibly intelligent. I don't know anyone else who can debate philiosophy as well as he can.

I don't think that bus divers (of school buses) should be paid any more or less than those who drive track buses (the larger, luxurious ones).

Actually he's "retired", he drives school buses for fun because he enjoys it.

He enjoys driving noisy whining teenagers everywhere?

Not all teenagers are loud. Besides, he also has an elementary school run.
