Ok here's what you do, open up Adobe Photoshop, use shape editor to make the design of border you want, then merge all them together (press CTRL + E). Right click on the layer in the Layer Menu, go to Blending Options, now select Inner Shadow and set it to 75% opacity and size 5, now select Bevel and Emboss and set it to Smooth, now choose Gradient Overlay and select the one that transfers from Black to White and Click 'OK' at the top. This should give you a basic Dark colored metal look. Always play around with setting to get it the way that best suites you.

BTW i will not add to this post and i prolly would have been more descriptive, other than the fact of the way you have acted when ppl been giving you advice so far. Don't say a word to me b/c i don't mind hitting a PRE-TEEN.

you know, you could always find a tutorial online, or sometimes photoshop itself should have one. just mess around for a while, that's all i ever do. you don't need something great in 10 mins. and you really shouldn't be rude when people give you advice, example

ZioKnight, tone down your aggression when your out of the Melee. And don't back talk my post here due to the fact that I didn't say anything helpful. You could get your self in trouble...
