Oh that. I have Windows XP so all I can do is edit color and text. The themes you speak of are for diffent systems like Windows XP, Vista, Linux, Mac., and some others.

Deviant Art: Visual Styles section is a nice place to start. Sometimes you can find good ones on Wincustomize, and others on a StyleXP website.

Crystalxp.net has a few good ones.

Browsing Visual Styles on deviantART

Those are for XP mostly, with a few Vista themes.
