How late do you stay up?
 

When was the latest time you slept? I usually stay at the comp till 1:30 am :cool:

me too i usually sleep at 1.30-2.00 , now its 11pm here , i live with a couple of friends , we talk late into the night lol

Last night was 3:00 am, but that was because some people were bothering me on MSN with their weird stories of taking over the world or something...

It depends on how I am feeling. I've been going to bed at midnight recently because I have been sick, but usually around 1:00 to 2:00 AM.

I am usually up until 11 PM because I like my sleep. Sometimes I even go to bed at 10 or 9. If I really want to I will stay up later.

I never go to sleep before midnight and I have been known to go a day or so with out it. The latest I have ever actually gone to sleep was probably 5:30 and woke up at 6:00.

I have to be in bed for 8:30 on weekdays as I have to be up early for work but on a weekend, I'm usually in bed at about 1:00AM.

I was on here till 5:30 am.... and a bunch of times I didnt go to sleep till 12:00 pm the next day.

last night I went to sleep around 1:00...just kind of crashed didnt even realize i went to sleep lol....the latest ever though was never.. stayed up all night long

I normally go to bed around 1:00 AM, but the latest I have ever stayed up was till 11:00 AM.

On school days I generally go to bed at 1 AM. Any other day it is generally 4 AM. Longest I have gone without sleep was only eight days.

Um eight days isn't only, that is a lot. And lack of sleep deprivation like that is dangerous. You need at least four hours of sleep. 8 is recommended.

Usually a school on a schoolnight, the latest i go is about Midnight. But during weekends and Holidays (which it is now) its anything between 1am and 4am, depending on how tired i am.

Yeah I just don't see that many people staying up eight days in a row. Much longer then that and that kind of sleep deprivation can actually kill you.

I go too bet around 2:00pm and the most I have stayed up is 2 Days straight.

The only times I 'forget' to go to bed is if I'm doing something absorbing. Sometimes it can be reading up on some history, sometimes it can be playing a game, sometimes it can be damaging my liver... but I never do it on purpose. That's just silly :nodding:. Back in my school/unemployment days, if I got into bad sleeping habbits over the holidays/unemployment days, I'd just not go to bed until 10pm the next day, to reset my internal clock as it were. But for no other reason...

When I get into writing a webpage or some program I stay up realy l8t. I just forget to go to bed. Or when I play Games all night.

Yea I do that to. Its just very dumb to go to sleep at 5:00 am
or 6:00 am because you just waste your whole day away and the next night you wont be able to sleep until very late.

on holidays and in weekends i usually stay up until 3 am but on normal days, i usually go to bed around 1:30 am

I always have to get up early, so I usually go to bed between 10 and 11, but later if I'm doing something.

I myself sit in the living room til about 4:30AM , then I go upstairs brush my teeth and all the other things I do.



Then listen to the radio a bit, stetch out, and then write my thoughts on the paper in song form, with a sound in my head.



Then I usually fall asleep listening to the local Metal Station.

usually all that lets me asleep around 5:30 :lol:

I don't get why you people do that to your bodies. You realize this kind of lack of sleep is going to hurt you, right? You won't even notice the effects until later.

I never took sport that seriously thought I have always trained for strength & endurance... & I don't think I look too bad (thought granted the pic of me was taken a while back). Well due to my work i have been going to bed about 5am and getting up about 11am... its hell I occasionaly have a lie in but that is rare.. lol work sucks

I get up around 2 in the afternoon, and I go to bed at about 1 o'clock and I go to sleep at about 2 o'clock...

long live teh holidays...

Usually I go to bed around 9:30. I daydream until 10:30 to 11:30.. then I fall asleep. On Fridays I don't go to sleep at all.
