On week-ends I stay until 5:00, else it's near 2:00.

Now you have a reason to stay online.

During weekend @1am- 2am

I myself sit in the living room til about 4:30AM , then I go upstairs brush my teeth and all the other things I do.



Then listen to the radio a bit, stetch out, and then write my thoughts on the paper in song form, with a sound in my head.



Then I usually fall asleep listening to the local Metal Station.

usually all that lets me asleep around 5:30 :lol:

I don't get why you people do that to your bodies. You realize this kind of lack of sleep is going to hurt you, right? You won't even notice the effects until later.

Such comments give away that you have grown up in an environment where the emphasis is on athletic potential. I never took sport that seriously thought I have always trained for strength & endurance... & I don't think I look too bad (thought granted the pic of me was taken a while back). Well due to my work i have been going to bed about 5am and getting up about 11am... its hell I occasionaly have a lie in but that is rare.. lol work sucks

I get up around 2 in the afternoon, and I go to bed at about 1 o'clock and I go to sleep at about 2 o'clock...

You realise you could change that round? As in, 'go to bed about 11pm & get up about 5am' .. you would still get 6 hours sleep but be in synch with society.. or am I missing the night(graveyard)-shift requirement?

Usually I go to bed around 9:30. I daydream until 10:30 to 11:30.. then I fall asleep. On Fridays I don't go to sleep at all.
People that flame on message boards are...
1. Internet bullies
2. People with no lives that say they have lives and try to belittle others with lives by saying they don't have lives.
3. Ugly freaks that say they get laid but have never been laid.
4. Spammers
5. 12 year olds faking their age.
