| n88tr, remember that muscle is hard to maintain as you age. Better to be strong and scrawny, and be able to maintain that appearance, than to look like Schwarzenegger does now.

| That's not what I meant. If I'm still active online after a few years and FF is still here I will def post pics of when I have achieved greatness... then I won't have to do any explaining.

| I see my current bulk as very important but the cutting i will do in the winter is when it'll show my bulk results...

| I know, i know. People keep telling me that. I figure I'll bulk till a few weeks before my birthday, stop around winter break, and then plan my cutting. I cut like a motherf*cker, I can drop a lot of weight pretty fast, though it's difficult to do it slowly like you have to so you don't lose the lean muscle in the process.

| You seem to be a hard-gainer. For you cutting without losing muscle shouldn't be that hard, either, as long as you use your muscles your body will take your fat reserves first, anyhow. You don't have to work out a particular date to start cutting -- in fact, you shouldn't even be thinking about it. Just bulk until you've got a decent size or until your abdomen looks like a melon, whichever comes first, then start cutting. I'm the opposite, if I don't watch my weight I'll gain extra pounds easily, but I gain muscle and retain it very easily, so it's all about finding a balance. Don't stop posting pictures, it's a good way to keep track of your progress, as it happens too slowly for you to notice yourself unless you're looking back. Just stick to it. | "Bulk up" as in fat, hence the watermelon, or "bulk up" as in muscle mass?

| There's no Health or Fitness section so I don't know where I'd do it. Maybe Spam but those silly ass admins and mods, yes you know who you are, would mess it up with their games they play. No thread is sacred!!
