Hehe, I ate crocodile in Australia.It's not that good. Kangaroo and Emu is much better. definately emu/ostrich but you can get that meat everywhere.

Too bad that they didn't had any rifles of larger calibre (or I didn't saw them around, as ou can tell from the magazine this rifle used rather small rounds). They didn't had eye protection either so with some shots I'd get get shit in my eyes. It was lots of fun though.

Really? I thought crocodile was awesome. The crocodile I had was heavenly. In comparison to the kangaroo, which was like overcooked tuna.

Speaking of which, overcooked tuna doesn't actually taste like fish. It tastes like really, really stringy, flavourless steak. So I think kangaroo in actual fact, tastes like really, really, stringy, flavourless steak.

When I went to australia some 2 years ago (I think) I had crocodile it was really tough and just not that good, depends on where you get it probably, but the kangaroo was really good, we were out by Ayers Rock so they probably went out back and shot one and slapped it on our plate though.....

Yeah, where you get it does matter a lot. The crocodile we had was heavenly, it was really tender and well-cooked, whereas when we got kangaroo somewhere it was all stringy and tough and disgusting.
