I had an electric guitar, is was authentic aswell as my first teacher created it. I don't have it anymore though, and i don't play guitar anymore either.
i have a cool guitar (i dont know how to play but our upstair tenant left it behind with 2 nice amps) it looks really cool: its totally black and kinda shiny. only 1 string is kinda broken so we are gonna get it fixed then i'm taking lessons
and listen to achilles last stand by led zeppelin it has an amazing guitar solo
Its annoying as soon as you buy guitar strings then they snap
Pre-stretch them before you tune them.
Guitars are my favorite instruments to hit people over the heads with! Pianos are a close second.
Ive been playing guitar and bass since I was 14 ( thats 20 years now ) I used to have over 15 guitars and 5 bass guitars and myself and a couple local rock bands converted my old house into a recording studio. Musicians were in there jamming 24 hours a day. I never got any sleep. Damn I miss the old days!
Eventually I had to grow up and now all I have left is my home-made Jackson that I built when I was 18. And I play it maybe once a year and totally suck! The chops are gone.
Reading this thread makes me feel old.... very old. I think I'll go hit someone over the head with my Jackson!
