PhotoShop 7.0 of course. The challenge should be original work. Putting a head on a body and what not is easy stuff. Making an awesome wallpaper from pictures online using filters, brushes, text, and your mind is much more challenging.

The only hard thing about the head on body deal is blending... Colors, resolutions, you know those kind of things.
