| Remember that mods here are volunteers, so asking them to do additional work isn't very nice when it is clearly your responsibility to read, understand and follow the rules. Besides, it is much better for you if you don't get a PM (or explanation within the thread) in such a case as that would constitute a warning and people are usually banned if they get too many of these warnings. If you don't exactly know why your post was deleted or if you disagree with the decision just send a PM to the respective moderator. If you don't know who deleted your post send the PM to one of the people moderating the forum the post was deleted in or to a supermoderator.

Well, I looked up which posts were deleted for N88TR: The last deleted post was two days ago in General Discussion, apparently because it was off topic or spam. You can contact Stalker if you want more details. None of your threads were deleted in the last few months. Quote:
![]() We usually leave a redirect for moved threads which will disappear after several hours. If you don't know where your thread ended up contact a mod or view your profile and select "show all threads".

| As MrFancypants said sending a PM for every deleted post would mean (a lot) of extra work. Our policy is to only sent official warning PMs (when a post clearly violates the forum rules) or a friendly (unofficial) reminder in case somebody needs a headsup (for example when a larger number of posts were removed that were just barely violating the forum guidelines). Aslong as you don't get an official warning there isn't too much to worry about, though ofcourse when you do notice that posts are moved or deloeted you may ask yourself the question "why?" and contact a member of staff (modetator of the forum in question or a super mod) to ask. I also think that if we would sent PMs for every deleted or moved post people might be more confused because they might see the PM as a warning rather then a simple headsup. Don't forget that sometimes a staffer posts a headup in the thread such as "guys I just removed 10 posts, don't slowchat/go too far offtopic/... carry on".

| Most of your deleted posts have been two-word wonders. Whilst not ultimately useless, these posts still represent lack of effort. I suggest you refrain from posting very short messages such as 'thank you' and use the reputation system instead.
