When browsing around the internet, I found a very nice program .
After some fiddling with it, this is what came out;
Its pretty easy;
1.) Make a new sig, anything you like fits. Since there was already "water" in my picture, I maded the sig cover the entire canvas, but if you want something like this;
You'd better make the sig cover half or 3/4th of the canvas.
Save your sig as .JPG
8.) Now there is a small problem. Probaly all of your layers on your palette and the animation bar arent in the right order. Place them in the right order (its a bit puzzling, but not that hard). If everything is alright your animation should go smoothly again.
9.) Save it as .GIF with File -> Save optimized as.
