Any stroke outline on text apart from black seems to look bad, imo, and text is always the hardest part to get right.

Yeah, but now it looks plain. Like I said text is the hardest part of any sig, I had trouble with it for years, still do.

mmmm, I don't much care for that text either, but like Kadaj said, that's the hardest (and the most important actually) part of the sig. Try something grunge or acid, go find some more fonts and use those, which I think would look great in there. Keep at 'er!

Nice, but the 'Sephiroth' should be a little more visible...it's very hard to make out,,,IMHO

Third time lucky on the Hulk sig Mastah Chief!

I think the text looks slightly too cartoonish in comparison to the rest of the Sephiroth sig. I just don't think it fits. The rest of the sig is great though.

agreed, I did like the third style of the Hulk sig, very nice.

The Seph sig is good, I like how the darkness wraps about expect where you should be looking is more light, although I would have to agree with my "colleagues", that both the Sephiroth is difficult to see, and the font is kind of off once againt, should be more gothic or vertical grunge for a sig of that nature, especially with Sephiroth

well, it looks good, but the edges are still hard; on a grunge sig like that, things look a whole lot more natural when the edges are not so crisp (i.e. if some of the brushes are actually OVER the render [or car in this case]). That, plus the fact that a luminocity blend would make it blend in to the color and shades correctly. Otherwise, it just looks like a random picture over a grunge background, instead of a wholistic grunge signature. Still, it looks nice.

I disagree again, the gun sticks out solidly and is even contrasting with the background. But still, yeah, this does look great Masta Chief, good work on it. Just the gun and the text and you're golden.
