you go the site fragger gave you, click browse and look for the file you want to host, select the line of code with the [IMG]whateveryourfileis[/IMG] tags and voila...

Cool , could someone tell me how to get it into my sig, i went to edit sig and hosted the image on image shack and tried posting the url from the "forum hotlink 1" and it didnt work all that it shows is text.??

There thats better, looks nicer too IMO, anyways to get it in your sig you need to first right click and save on your computer, host it with www.imageshack.us look for the script with the [IMG]Whateverthenameis[/IMG] tags go to your COntrol panel and I believe it is under edit signature, you just paste the script from www.imageshack.us into the box and voila!
