Post questions in the correct place please. Split from Showcase.

Go into ImageReady and look at that for awhile. Look for some tutorials, namely Good-Tutorials.com and Pixel2life.com

The best thing to do is to look on pixel2life.com or good-tutorials.com, like s3ph said, as well as some tutorials on here, then if you have any questions post your question here and we'll try to help. :)

That's like asking "How to make food?". The possibilities are endless. You can make a PB&J sandwich, or some "Iron Chef" stuff. Same thing with animation.
Basically, you need to plan what's going to move and create a series of frames where it moves little by little.

I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Animation is the most fun in sig making for me.

Port image into Imageready-> Go to Animation bar-> Create a new frame->Move around or do whatever you want with the image in teh frame->Click tween->Tweak around more or whatever->Click Save as optimized under 'file'.

Done.
