Hey....I want to make a sig, but i dont know to work the GIMP.....Can anyone tell me how to make a sig???

I just downloaded it aswell. Just fool around with all the filters and renders. I was frustrated at first too, but just play with it for a while to get the feel. Keep in mi nd that I'm no expert, but I'm fairly comfortable with it.

The gimp is great, Just mess around with it for a while to figure it out. Thats how I made this sig (and avatar), minus the animation that Fragger did for me.

Can you give me a step by step..I've been messing with the GIMP for 8 days now and still *Makes a rasberry,and puts thumb down*

First go to new. Enter the size you want. Next open up an image with the gimp and use the selector tool (looks like a dotted box with a mouse pointer) to select the part of the image you want to use. After you select it, go edit/cut (or copy). Now go to the blank canvas you have and do edit/paste.

try a little thing called reading the tutorials I posted for you.You can't learn thru osmosis. You have to read, learn and practice.:deal:
