by using a gradient, Gausion Blur, and the Twirl filter :D then colorized it

its allright, I like it, a little open tho, and the widescreen borders owwwww I hate wide screen, :lol: :p good characters tho

It mayb be different/non existant with other versions, I can't remember but with CS its in
Filter > Distort > Twirl...

Allright I changed the grey to a blue with 30% opacity :)
